Default [How To] Access webmail outside of cPanel?

To do this, simply refer to your welcome letter for the details.

Basically just enter yourdomain.com/webmail where yourdomain is your actual domain.

Type in the full email address and the password you have created in the control panel for this email address in the prompt that appears.

New Customers: You will have to wait for your domain to resolve for this method to work.

Default Where have my email accounts gone?

    Hi Matt

I've just logged in to check our emails - but it just keeps going to our main account 'speakonly' and all the folders I set up for the incoming emails to be filtered to for following accounts are gone? When I try to login via
speakonlytome.com/webmail - will only take me to caroline@speakonlytome and when I enter any of the other email address' with their passwords it says I am logged in as that identity but still only goes to the main account and none of the folders I mentioned earlier are there. I have sent emails from my private email to check and they don't get through. I also know Paypal has sent me an email to accounts...

    accounts@speakonlytome.com
    abbe@speakonlytome.com
    caroline@speakonlytome.com
    info@speakonlytome.com

    What's happened?

    Kind regards
    Caroline

From My understanding this feature was dropped by cPanel when they issued the new courrier IMAP mailserver. I think you are referring to logging into webamail with your cPanel username and password > click on Horde.

This used to show every address you had under the one login.

cPanel says this functionality was a side effect of the old mail server and was not supposed to be a "feature" but after alot of complaints it sounds like they plan to re-add it soon. We will see.

cP11 is supposed to have this functionality added again soon according to the cPanel conference I just attended.

    PS:
Manna8 if you would like me to remove those email addresses from your post, please let me know. Seems like a lot of robots might harvest those addresses for spam.
