if i exceed bandwidth what happens

sorry my bad but what happens if i exceed my 50gig bandwidth does my site just close down or something?

If you exceed your bandwidth, your account will be automatically suspended by cPanel and you will need to upgrade your account in this case so that it has enough bandwidth.

hmmm i might have to think of some ways to redirect some traffic maybe... bugga. oh well.

im assuming its ok just to temporarily redirect traffic to another site if needed?

You can redirect traffic if you like.
