    Why http error 403 sometime appearing.... what the reason

    I and all at my forum (yardcraphome) started getting that.

    I had changed nothing as I am too dumb to fiddle around there, but the great guys at GlowHost discovered in minutes that a public-html change had been made. I know not how, but they fixed it.
