How does someone using a POP account in outlook pop the spam directory setup by spamassassin so they can check it. In IMAP you just subscribe to the folder and all is well, what to do with a POP email client?
The last time I checked this with cPanel is if you are using POP3, just have your email client download email like normal. Then in your email client, add a new email address of "you@yourdomain.com/spam" and it should download all the spam that is being filtered by SpamAssassin into that email box.
