Is there any changes in the pricing?

What "domain" should I write there?
And can someone explain to me what support ticket is and how to use it?
(I have a rough idea what it is but would like to be sure about it)

A. Yes, this seems to be valid but has to be confirmed by our management.

B. For a pre-sales question you can put any domain name, even 'domain.com'. Support ticket system is for communication between our customers and our team, it's for any technical , billing or pre-sales questions. A support ticket is like a thread on this forum but it is private and not visible for the other customers.

You could do that, we'd invoice you for the difference in price between the forum and vB suite, plus $5 to offset the processing fees.
