Most billing software has an option to use a domain registrar reseller account. So you would see what options are available to you, and then choose the appropriate option. Sign up for a reseller account from the registrar, and configure the billing system with your domain name reseller login details and it should be able to sell the domains automatically.

OR, you can do similar to what we do with InstaPro.net and get a standalone Wild West Domains account in case your customers want domain names only and you do not want to manage them internally.

We actually do both. We resell domains through our billing system at one Domain Registrar, and then we have a WWD account as a secondary option so that we miss as little sales traffic as possible.

You can use GlowHost nameservers, Generic Nameservers, or Nameservers in your hosting companies brand name.

I believe what our Glowru up there is referring to with "unbranded" is a generic nameserver. In other words... No GlowHost in the name.
