Problem in site

I am not able to access a particular site from my computer, however my colleague is able to open the site. Is there any problem with my browser?

Generally that sounds like a firewall issue to me, but it could definately be your browser in some cases where spyware or malware like a browser hijacker is involved.

You can check it by seeing if you can ping the site, if not, there is probably a firewall locally or on the server blocking you.
