Default Disk space usage and deleting temporary files

Hi. I'm trying to make some space and after deleting a bunch of unneeded files, I don't see my disk usage getting much better.

Are there any temporary or trash files I need to delete? I see there are tmp directories in my disk usage viewer, but I think those files are the history for stats. I can't delete those.

    Any advice?

    Cheers, Danny

    Hello Danny,
There can be hidden folders (their names begin with .) which contain temporary files. You can remove the things that you don't recognize.

Cool Alex, thanks. I wrote a ticket the other day about restoring a directory. Thanks for the help. It all worked out well. I'm busy doing a bunch of new things on my site, so I'm trying to get it all worked out well and smooth.

I'll open a ticket for that soon, and see about cleaning out some temp files then. Thanks, Danny
