The good news is that cPanel 11.40 is right around the corner due for release very soon.

It has a new HTML Website Editor built-in to replace the now defunct WYSIWIG Pro.

I am anxious to get back to work updating my site and have not been able to accomplish that without the editor in place. Worse, I have totally destroyed one of my pages with Dreamweaver.
I am hopeful this will occur soon and will function as before the evacuation of W Pro

Default 8 months later and no progress on the issue of loading external CSS scripts

I did receive an email from Christopher Borsheim at CPanel indicating a number of alternatives that were available until it is determined whether or not the new editor would function like the obsolete editor did and I responded to his email asking for his suggestions as to which of the free solutions he mentioned he would recommend for three platforms and have yet yet to hear anything back. This was about April 25th. Still waiting

If integrated WYSIWYG doesn't satisfy all of your needs, you may also find another solution, for example, Dreamweaver or you can install CSM which is supported WYSIWYG, I suggest you Concrete5 (you can install it from Softaculous in your cPanel).

Also, if you have not heard back from cPanel by now, it would be a good idea to update your ticket with them to try and get a response. If you have your ticket ID, we can also ask them on your behalf.
