    By nature, Billing issues probably should not be made public. If you have any billing related issues, please open a support ticket at the helpdesk, and we will be more than happy to get you squared away.

    Make sure to:
    Include your username
    Include the domain name that you have questions about
    Any other details that might speed up your request
